A cute flora with a mind of its own, Flappy Flower assists in narrating the story to Oscar. The video takes the opportunity to reinforce the important people in a child's life (like Fire Fighters, Doctors, and many more) that they should respect. Then basic courtesies of respect are demonstrated with the characters and unique toy settings.
