Almost perfect. Mar 29, 2010
Overall I like the album. Some of the songs are a little less inspiring, but others I can peg as one of my favorites.

One of the best Delirious albums! Jan 25, 2010
This is one of the best Delirious albums as a whole that I have owned in a few years. I have every Delirious album to date and they continue to progress through their style of English rock music. Each album has it's own unite and cutting edge sound.
The sound of Kingdom of Comfort sounds very much like a mix of U2, Coldplay and contemporary American alternative rock. The music is very tight sounding, the rhythm is on beat while the bass is really rocking and the Stu G's guitar sounds are rival to Coldplay's. Martin Smith's vocals sometimes are parallel to Bono's of U2. This is especially true with the song, "Love Will Find a Way" that sounds like the bridge of U2's "One"--love is a temple, love a higher law, love is a temple, love is the temple...
Delirious' songwriting is also making a new ground footing on today's society. They are taking on issues where other Christian bands should ask questions and also answer through God's Word. While most Christian bands are still meddling with primary church worship songs, which is great in their own right, in heaven we are worshiping with the same song, however worship music can also pose questions that we Christians are dealing with in today's sociey.

I am very "picky" about Christian music and I LOVE this CD. Planning to purchase another from them.

An Unexpected Delight May 21, 2009
This CD exceeded my expectations!!! As a fan of the older Delirious? songs, I didn't think that "Kingdom of Comfort" would rate high on my list of favorites (however, it quickly traveled towards the top of the list). It delivers a strong message, set to diverse styles of music.
