Joyce reaches men and women internationally through conferences and leadership seminars as well as through her books and articles. She speaks and writes about issues of life and leadership with honesty, relevance, and compassion. Her love for others flows from her personal walk with God and a deep understanding of what men and women face as they seek to follow Christ.
She is an active member of the ministerial association, International Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministries, through which she receives quality mentoring, accountability, and fellowship with other international ministers.
Joyce is a certified trainer for Leadership Training International. Since 1996, she has been speaking at international conferences and conducting leadership seminars in the U.S., Russia, Bermuda, and India.
A graduate of Houghton College, Joyce has 35 years of teaching and leadership experience in the ministry, including:
* nearly seven years as Women's Ministries Director for New Life Church in Gahanna, OH, focusing on leadership development and spiritual growth
