Item Description...
In another adventure from Hermie and Wormie, the garden is all abuzz when the newest character, Buzby, storms onto the scene. That buzz grows into an all-out roar as Buzby, the Misbehaving Bee, wreaks havoc on the safe serenity of the garden. Despite Hermie and Wormie's attempts at intervention, Buzby shows absolutely no respect for The Garden Golden Rules--after all, the self-proclaimed "king of the bees" follows no one's rules! But Buzby becomes a devoted rule follower--fast!--when the King of all creation steps in and Buzby learns that rules are there to keep everyone safe.

What a wonderful way to teach children about rules, and why we need to follow them. The video is so entertaining, they've asked to watch it daily since it arrived.
Timeless Truth for Kids (and their Parents) Feb 19, 2007
Each Hermie and Friends video teaches timeless truths for kids and their parents. Great animation and fun sing-a-long songs keep the kids attention.
This video is about obeying the rules but also includes other fun learning; like spelling, and the effects of peer pressure. Kids are never too young to learn that peer pressure, if in a negative direction can get you into trouble. Kids must learn not only to obey the rules, but how to recognize when their peers are having a negative influence on them.
In the end, Buzby learns that obeying the rules gives him true freedom and receives love and forgivness from the community. The humor is fun too! Love the Elvis impersantion and other humor that kids and adults alike will treasure!
good lessons Jan 11, 2007
Our 2 1/2 year old daughter likes this movie, but chooses others over it when given a chance. It has good lessons in it to teach children that we all have to live by the rules and why. I think when she gets older, she will like it even more. Right now, she prefers movies that have music in them.
Wonderful! Aug 3, 2006
My daughter loves this DVD. We got it last week, and she got sick over the weekend. We've watched it at least 50 times since then, and she just keeps saying, "Buzby," over and over. I love that it is teaching her godly character while she relaxes. Plus when she gets older it will give her a headstart on spelling a few words.
G-R-E-A-T Jul 31, 2006
A rebel bee, doing an Elvis impersonation, learns about following the 10 Garden Golden rules! And he's a spelling bee? Genius. Kids will truly learn the consquences of breaking just one little rule and copying those kids who misBEEhave too. Buzby's spelling nature is spellbinding and kids will definitely want to spell like Buzby. God does give answers to our problems if we patiently wait and prayerfully listen. That's the best lesson the Hermie stories teach us.
