Christmas shopping done! Aug 23, 2006
I know what I'll be putting under the tree for my niece and nephew this year. Thanks to Marty Nystrom (As the Deer) for this wonderful book! Parents should read this to their children along with "The Beginner's Bible." The stories come alive in exciting ways with poems like "The Invasion of the Swamp Creatures" (the plague of frogs in Egypt) and "Grandpa is Not a Gorilla." This book is so much fun, I will be putting it under the tree for some grownups, too.

Don't Mess with Moses tickles my ribs! Aug 18, 2006
I absolutely loved this book. I found the poems to be fun to read and the illustrations delightful. When I read it to my niece she asked me to keep reading more pages. This is a book for young and old alike. The Scripture references along with the poems make it easy to teach the stories. I plan to use it in an adult Bible study too. Now all my Christmas and Birthday gift lists are check off. They'll all get "Don't Mess with Moses". It will be a treasured book for years to come. Well Done! I can't wait for the next version.

A must-have for every home Aug 15, 2006
Get ready to look at the Old Testament with a new, fresh eye. You'll meet Samson, lifting city gates, and Noah the ark-itect, and the Why?ners that left Egypt with Moses. You'll laugh, you'll giggle, you'll be amazed, and then you'll have to turn to the Bible to find out what happened next. I can see this as a must-have in every God-believing home.
