I recieved this book when I first got married and my husband received the Power of a Praying Husband and we were both gung ho in reading. As we got more comfortable with now being married we slacked off in our reading. However lately this book has been my way of renewing my faith and commitment not only to my husband but to God. The prayers are so powerful and prayer certainly can soften a harden heart and allow for you to listen openly. When she stated that we should pray for our husbands even when we don't want to and how she started that prayer was exactly what I was thinking. :)

this book really works. I have tried it when our marriage was failing and when our marriage was going wonderful. I saw improvements every time i prayed the prayers with an open and honest heart. It was VERY difficult to get thru the first chapter (if you've read it you know what i mean!) but very worth it! a great book for all walks of married life :P)
