I shared this book with my Ministry Administrator and she won't let it go. This is truly a book that can and will help you get started with understanding who you are in Christ as well as where and what your spiritual gifts are. Blessings and Favor!

| I bought this book for a Bible study at church. What a disappointment! It is just another pop psychology book, and not a good one at that. As a psychologist myself, I can see this book is filled with overgeneralizations and inaccuracies. Not everyone has every gift... though they would like you to think so. The gift of giving is not all about the almighty dollar. In that chapter, they throw in two brief list-style references to other gifts of giving, but never mention them again. So, if you don't pinch your pennies and give it all away, you mustn't have that gift, or rather, you aren't exercising it, and shouldn't you be? If you really wanted a lousy pop psychology book, you shouldn't find it under "Bible studies." This was the biggest disappointment in Bible studies I've done, and I would not purchase another of their books, nor would I recommend you do. | | |  | Awesome! Sep 21, 2007 |
