About the Author
Leslie Sansone is certified by six prestigious fitness organizations, has served on the leadership council of IDEA (the country's largest fitness industry organization), and is in the Guinness Book of World Records for leading the largest indoor walk of all time in 2002. Leslie lives with her husband and three children just outside of Pittsburgh in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

| I have other Leslie Sansone products, but am not pleased with the quality of this. The editing is very poor. The mouths do not match the words. Very distracting. Also, some of her other dvds allow you to hear the music only, which I really enjoy. I love Leslie, but her constant chattering and laughter sometimes is just too much. This is a very good, brisk workout. It is faster than other two-mile
