Item Description... Wherever she goes, Valerie Saxion constantly hears this complaint: "I can't remember when I last felt good. I'm exhausted and rundown. How can I start to feel good again?" This book is Valerie's response to that question, but it goes far beyond just feeling good. "So why don't you feel great all the time?" she asks. "Why are you willing to settle for less than 100 percent?" She then lays out a lifelong plan to help readers give their bodies the opportunity to start feeling great in four basic steps.
Specifically, Valerie guides her readers into an understanding of how their bodies work, how to stop eating junk food, and the importance of body oxygen, exercise, and water. Candida, detoxification, fasting and weight loss are covered as well as establishing a perfect diet that is filled with foods that supercharge the mind and body. Nature's prescription of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements is all she teaches.
Includes a State-by-State List of More Than 800 of America's Leading Complementary Alternative Medical Doctors.

| It seems that everyone in the world has an opinion on how to be healthy and how to eat right. I've read a lot of junk, and I'm happy to say that Valerie Saxion is right on the money. Why? Because I feel great, all the time. Sorry, very hokey, but very true. Her advice is really good, and shows meaningful ways on suppressing your appetite, eating healthier and finding the right supplements. She even included a directory of practicing naturopatic doctors in the United States. I'm thankful for this book, which uses Biblical examples on how the human body should work, and how to cleanse one's self of parasites, and other nasties. If you're serious about health, this book is a great start. | | | | Down to Earth NaturalPath Nov 22, 2003 |
| Good book to buy | | | | Truly feeling great May 10, 2002 |
| It's truly amazing to find a book that lives out its title. After puting the things I've learned from this book into practice I see it really works. It was easy to read and understand but has enough technical information to make each topic lagitamite. Love it and will continue to use it as a referance. | | | Write your own review about How To Feel Great All The Time (Revised)
