Item Description...
Find everything your heart desires in the very things it doesn't want

Has your life changed for the worst? And now all you want is to regain a sense of stability, purpose, and direction for your life. Perhaps a divorce, death of a loved one, or other personal tragedy has left you feeling empty, afraid, and alone, searching for something to fill the void in your life.

If you are in a season of bitterness and despair, take courage for you are now in the perfect position to obtain the happiness, security, love, and purpose your soul longs for. As ironic as it may seem, we can find everything our hearts desire in the very things it doesn't want. When life becomes bitter, we can find sweetness there.

As a former pastor's wife who went through a trying experience of my own, I want to share with you the lessons I learned in the process of emerging from disillusionment and bitterness to wholeness of life.

In The Sweetness of a Bitter Cup: Journey of a Pastor's Wife, you will discover that there is wholeness, freedom, and salvation in your trials. And better still, you'll learn how to find them during the most difficult times of your life. So, if you're ready to live a life of freedom, wholeness, and purpose, if you're ready for positive change in your life and healing for your wounded soul, read The Sweetness of a Bitter Cup: Journey of a Pastor's Wife and watch what God does in your life!

Reviews - What do our customers think?
Sweetness of a bitter Cup  Apr 24, 2008
I received my first copy of the book from the author herself at a meeting for pastor's wives.

I was impressed by how she shared her period of pain and laced the book with those scriptures which brought her through. So often we feel isolated and ashamed that our 'perfect world' has collapsed. Her ability to show how she grew from this experience brings to mind the thought "no testimony without a test." I also appreciated that she placed pages within to allow the reader to enter thier own notes and thoughts from their own life.

Although this is a short book, it has major impact. I have since given away that first copy and bought 3 more to share with others. It has value far beyond the needs of the pastor's wife. Any women who has had a similar struggle (or not) will benefit from this book.

Get the book! It's a MUST READ!!  Feb 10, 2006
I'm not the wife of a minister, but a wife and mother that's gone through trials myself. What I gained from this book is a reassurance that God loves me, wants the best for me, wants a personal relationship with me, and WANTS ME TO TRUST HIM-no matter what! My faith was strengthened through this book and in times like these, we need strong faith. What a blessing! Praise God for His message in this book!

What a BLESSING  Jan 9, 2006
It is a blessing to have a woman of God express her true feelings about the roll of a Pastors Wife. It is often said that behind every great man is a strong woman, there is no statemant that could hold more weight other than, it takes a STONG woman to be a Pastors Wife. You should visit the authors website www.lllministries.org and continue to support her as she helps others.
