| In this book you live with Joseph through his dealings with fate. He is portrayed as human, with struggles and emotions, a developing deepening faith in God. A more accurate portrayal of the time and area than I have seen elsewhere. I enjoyed this book so much that I have read it at least four times. In fact, it has been just about long enough for another re-reading.
The Bible says little of the daily life of Joseph, dwelling on the high points of his life. Terri reminds us that Joseph was a real man, with real feelings, likes and dislikes, and questions and doubts about God just as we all have. And yet God worked through him to bring about a rescue, not just for the children of Abraham, but for the entire known world.

| I've had read this book ten times. My father gave it to me. Joseph is one of my favorite stories from the Bible. I hope Mel Gibson buys the movie rights and makes a movie out of it in the same way he did with the Passion of the Christ.
