WILLIAM F. COLEY JR. is an ordained deacon, serving in the ministry of Rhema Harvest Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In part, his mission is to "establish the will of God, in the people of God, through the power of God." He is a twenty-two-year military veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as a Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman. He was born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He and his wife, Edwina, reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with their two sons and one daughter.
